Why Fund a Women's Scholarship
The Mentor. The Donor. The Student.
Together, a team — including donors like you — are helping make recruitment and retention of women students possible in rural Congo.
These dedicated women: Bomata, Nteneiko & Bolowa mentor DTC students, ensuring that they are successful in their studies, and that they have a sense of community throughout their education.
Why I Donated
" I inherited a strong belief in the importance of women’s access to STEM education and professions from my mother. I chose to donate to the Women's Scholarship Fund because I find CEP to be a unique organization at the nexus of education and environmental conservation."
Will you join Rick?
Thanks to the Women's Scholarship Pipeline program, the percentage of women studying at DTC has gone from 20% to 44%. And we know that the more women are educated, the greater the positive impact on our environment.
